Dealer Application
*Effective 2 January, 2025 for New Dealers*
Buy-In - Dealer pricing goes into effect after hitting the buy-in threshold
Tier 1 - $1,500 threshold - Tier 1 dealers must maintain $3,000 per year in purchases or dealer status will be revoked.
Tier 2 - $5,000 threshold - Tier 2 dealers must maintain $10,000 per year in purchases or will be reverted to Tier 1.
- All approved dealers will provide a credit card to be kept on file (on encrypted servers) for purchases. Using customer cards for individual purchase orders is NOT allowed and may result in loss of dealer status.
- Dealer discount only applies ONLY to applicable parts made by Turner Cycles
- Dealers will be provided with a current Dealer Cost Sheet upon approval and prices are subject to change.
- Locations are compared with current dealer locations to prevent oversaturation of geographic areas.
- Dealer approval is preferred for brick-and-mortar storefront or shop or for web-dealers, a profession website with shopping cart abilities. E-bay, Facebook Marketplace or other reseller sites are NOT acceptable and will not be approved.
- If a dealer has not had any activity on their account in the previous year, you will be required to submit an updated dealer application.
- All dealer orders must be placed via email or through our dealer portal once activated.
- All orders must have a PO# and/or customer name. Supplying your customer's last name will help Turner Cycles and your customer during and after their warranty period.
- All orders will be responded back with an invoice from our Intuit invoicing system and will require the dealer to approve the invoice before Turner Cycles will run the card on file and start the order. This ensures you have the latest price, all information is correct (billing/shipping address, unit information) and to ensure you are purchasing the correct product/level for your customer.
